Our Florida Division opened its doors in 2007. Supported by an exceptional management team, the Florida Division today has expanded geographically to almost every major region in the state of Florida, as well as throughout the Southeastern region of the USA. With our office located in Ft. Lauderdale, the Florida Division is capable of building virtually any type of project. We offer extensive experience and have played a key role in building marquee projects for commercial, research, institutional, environmental, governmental, pharmaceutical, industrial, aviation, health care, and sports facilities.
Among our success stories include:
- Renovation of Miami International Airport Gates A through H in multiple contracts and phases, all while the airport remained fully in operation.
- The renovation construction of the Dr. A. H. McCoy Federal Office Building, located in Jackson, Mississippi, as part of a multi-phase and award construction while it is fully occupied and in operation.
- Construction of the new Marlins Ballpark in Miami, providing full compliance with the LSDBE project requirements
NFP was the recipient of a 2004 WBC Craftsmanship Award in Recognition of its Outstanding Work on the ATF National Laboratory – Fire Research Center project.
