Samuel Riggs IV Alumni Center

College Park, MD

National Fire Protection completed the fire protection systems for the new alumni office and reception building located at the University of Maryland College Park. The center is a fully functional venue capable of providing small parties of 10 to galas for 1,000. All alumni offices are located here and there is 30,000 square feet of event and meeting space.

NFP installed wet pipe sprinkler and standpipe systems in the new alumni center.


 
In 2005 National Fire Protection received the Certificate of Appreciation by Centex/Balfour Beatty for performance,  professionalism, enthusiasm, positive attitude, Integrity and teamwork.
NFP was Clark/Balfour Beatty Construction’s Subcontractor of the Month in August 2009 for the New Campus East project.
