As one of the premier hotels in Baltimore, the Baltimore Hilton offers luxurious accommodations in the downtown Baltimore area. The Baltimore Hilton hotel lies in the exciting Inner Harbor district downtown, a prime business, historic, and cultural district. Connected by a direct pedestrian sky-bridge to the Baltimore Convention Center, the Baltimore Hilton is also adjacent to Oriole Park at Camden Yards (home of MLB’s Orioles) and across from M&T Stadium (home of NFL’s Ravens).

National Fire Protection provided for a full design-build contract for this project, including all contract design documents and specifications. The 884,000 square foot Baltimore Hilton offers 757 guest rooms and executive suites and stands 22 stories above street level, with three levels of below grade parking. The facility includes a fitness center, several restaurants and bars, a 60,000 square foot Grand Ballroom, and a smaller Junior Ballroom in a separate attached facility.

The fire protection systems provided by NFP included the installation of a combination fire protection standpipe and wet pipe sprinkler system, a dry pipe sprinkler system, and an electric fire pump system to provide for both the low and high pressure systems installed.
